Mr. Anis is a promoter and venture capitalist and the Founder Director of Pellucid Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. He looks after financial strategies and makes key decisions in sales and purchases of the company. His responsibility also includes making strategic alliances for the company’s growth and expand market base for the products in the regulated and non-regulated market. He has 17 years of entrepreneurship experience with various business operations such as a formulation unit producing Dermatology products in the name of Mera Pharmacy and a food processing company in the name of M919 food enterprise. He also has an Export-Import Company in the name of JAP IMPEX.

Mr. Priyajit is a postgraduate in Biotechnology and has over 22 years of experience with various Biotech companies viz. Biocon, Sanofi Aventis and Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. He has successfully commercialized various fermentation-based molecules such as Antibiotics, Statins and Immunosuppressants as well as Vaccines, Rare Sugars and Biofuels.

At Pellucid he is responsible for managing overall operations of Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance and is also instrumental in designing the facility.

Mr. Jumma is a successful entrepreneur with over 26 years of experience at his own marketing company in the name of M.F. Marketing and is also co-promoter of JAP IMPEX. He has experience in marketing various food articles with a good market share in India, Middle East, and Africa and has established a strong relationship with major food companies.

Looking at this long-standing experience in the food industry and a stronghold over marketing and public relationship, Pellucid Lifesciences has appointed him as the Director of Marketing.

Mr. Adil Malik is the Executive Director. He has completed his education in Industrial Psychology and LLB. He has 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been associated with Recover Healthcare, Olive Pharmaceuticals, and Meera Pharmacy. At Pellucid, he has the responsibility of HR, Purchase, and Business Operations

Dr. Manoj holds PhD in Biochemistry from Mumbai. He has more than 26 years of experience in the fields of Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Process improvement, Regulatory and Lean Management, Product & Packaging development.

He has worked for Marico Industries, Britannia Biscuits (Mumbai), Mother’s recipe pickles (Pune), Vadilal Ice-creams (Ahmedabad), and Maruti Agencies India. At Pellucid he is a Technical Consultant for quality and regulatory aspects of export requirements.

Mr. Parvez is successfully engaged in Domestic & International Business Marketing since last 14 years. Successfully Handled various Overseas Projects implementations in Africa, Europe & Middle East. Having in depth knowledge of Import Export procedures, shipment compliance, rules & regulations for various countries worldwide. Ensures compliance to all organizational policies and procedures including monitoring of currency process & transactions. Successfully leading the sales team for meeting and exceeding the assigned target, improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits.

Dr. Sohel Shaikh holds a PhD in Microbiology and has over 14 years of research experience across industry and academia. He has authored more than 30 research articles published in reputed peer-reviewed scientific journals. At Pellucid Lifesciences, he leads the development of processes and products and regulatory activities. He also manages scientific collaborations with research institutes and universities for collaborative research and technology development. Prior to joining Pellucid Lifesciences, he worked with Unique Biotech, Concord Biotech, and Sunways Biosciences. His professional expertise spans probiotics, fermentation-based APIs, recombinant enzymes, and bioprocess development.

Faizankhan is the Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management studies from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and has over 9 years of experience in the probiotic industry. He has played a key role in expanding the company’s presence across domestic and international markets through strategic sales, business development, and customer relationship management. His expertise includes market expansion, key account management, international business development, and identifying new business opportunities. With a strong understanding of the global probiotic market and a customer-focused approach, he is committed to building long-term partnerships, driving sustainable business growth, and delivering innovative probiotic solutions.
